Hi, I’m Kathleen

I spent years living in the noise: doing everything “right,” holding everything together, and pushing through even when I was depleted.

From the outside, it looked steady. Responsible. Successful.

On the inside, I was overriding myself constantly.

Becoming a mother and then returning to my 12-year corporate career brought that pattern into sharp focus. What I had normalized as “high capacity” was actually chronic self-abandonment. Eventually, it led to burnout.

That unraveling became my turning point.

Now, through Reset with Kathleen, I create a calm, supportive space for people who are tired of overriding themselves - whether they’re quietly disconnected or fully burnt out - and help them build a life that’s true to them.
